Revamp a new shirt for $1.32!

I walked by the fabric section of Walmart. I found some pretty neat buttons. I got some gold, sailor looking buttons that will work perfectly for the sleeves of this old blazer that I have. Another idea was to jazz up one of the gazillion old tank tops that I have with the buttons. I'm thinking of pairing the tank top with a cardigan or a white blazer!
