SPOTTED: S dressed in a hip hugging, maroon Herve Leger dress. Unless you are from the upper east side, you are not going to spend $1,188 for something that barely covers your a**. So wait around, I've seen these bandaged dresses at forever 21 before. They are currently selling the one shown here (much more affordable, $27).
